Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) organized a School Banking Conference at Hotel Sea Palace in Coxsbazar on March 04, 2023, a press release said Saturday. SJIBL organized the event as the lead bank in cooperation with all scheduled banks operating in Coxsbazar district under the overall supervision of Bangladesh Bank. Executive director of BB Chattogram office, ABM Zahurul Huda, attended the conference as the chief guest. AMD and COO of the bank, M. Akhter Hossain, presided over in the program. ADC (education and ICT) of Coxsbazar district, Mrs. Tapti Chakma, additional director of BB head office, Md. Iqbal Mohsin, and joint director, Jahangir Alam, were present as special guests. Head of risk management division and financial inclusion and lead bank representative of the bank, Md. Ashfaqul Haque, SEVP and Agrabad branch manager, Rashed Sarwar, and IFIC Bank’s representative, Mosharaf Hossain, were also present.
