Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd.’s (SJIBL) Training Academy organized an awareness and Training Session on “Automated FC Clearing through RTGS System” on recently, a press release said Thursday. Deputy Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer of the Bank M. Akhter Hossain was present at the workshop as chief guest and inaugurated the program. Principal of Shahjalal Islami Bank Training Academy Md. Saidur Rahman presided over in the workshop. A total of 59 officers from different branches and head offices of the bank and 7 customer representatives attended in the training program. Additional Director of Bangladesh Bank’s Payment Systems Department Rafeza Akter Kanta, Joint Director of Forex Reserve & Treasury Management Department (FRTMD) of Bangladesh Bank Md. Zainul Abedin imparted training at the workshop. The EVP & Head of Banking Operations Division of Shahjalal Islami Bank Md. Naquibul Islam was present as Moderator and SVP & In-Charge of Payment & Settlement Department (PSD) of the bank Md. Abdul Quddus was also present.
