Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited officially launched QR CODE Banking service for cash withdrawal on Wednesday with the aim of providing fast banking services for its clients, said a press release.
The Chairman, Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid inaugurated the QR CODE Banking service as the Chief Guest. The Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mr. M. Shahidul Islam delivered speech in ceremony.
From now if a customer does not have a Cheque Book or Debit Card with him, the customer can also withdraw money from any branch or sub-branch of the bank by scanning the QR CODE through SJIBL NET App.
Among others the Directors of the Bank Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, the Additional Managing Directors Mr. Abdul Aziz &Mr. S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, Mr. Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury, Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Head of Public Relations & Bank Foundation Mr. Md. Shamsuddoha and the Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the program.
