Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) organized “Annual Business Conference-2022” on Thursday through Digital Platform.
The Conference was presided over by its’ Managing Director & CEO Mr. M. Shahidul Islam,while the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Mohammed Younus was present as Chief Guest.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed and Mr. Mohammed Golam Quddus, the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP and Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, the Chairman of Bank’s Shariah Supervisory Committee Allamah Mufti Abdul Halim Bukharee, the Additional Managing Directors of the Bank Mr. Abdul Aziz, Mr. S. M. Mainuddin Chowdhury and Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury, the Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Md. Shahjahan Shiraj, Mr. M. Akhter Hossain, Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, Mr. Nasim Sekander and Mr. Md. Nazimuddoula participated and delivered speech in this conference. On the other hand, the Head of different Division from corporate Head Office, the Executives& Officers from Corporate Head Office & Branches and the Managers of 132 Branches & 2 Sub-Branches approximate 2000 Officials attended in the business conference through digital platform.
Mr. Shamsuddoha Shimu, the Head of Public Relations Division of the Bank moderated the program.
In the conference, the speakers discussed on prevailing situation and planning for future roadmap to overcome the adverse impact of Covid-19.
The meeting evaluated the performance of the previous year and urged to take necessary strategy and action plan to achieve the business target for the current year.
