Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has organized “Half-Yearly Business Conference-2021” on 10th July through an online video conference, said a press release.
The inaugural ceremony of the Conference was presided over by its’ managing director & CEO M. Shahidul Islam, while the chairman of the board of directors of the bank Md. Sanaullah Shahid was present as chief guest.
The release read, among others directors, independent directors, chairman of Shariah supervisory committee, additional managing directors, deputy managing directors, head of different division from corporate head office & executives, branch managers of 132 branches & 02 sub-branches of the bank attended the conference.
The release also read, in the meeting, the speakers discussed on prevailing situation and planning for future roadmap to overcome the adverse impact of Covid-19. They also discussed the business performance of the last six months of the current year and urged to take necessary strategy and action plan to achieve the business target for the remaining time of the year.
