Square Pharmaceuticals declared 105 per cent cash dividend to its shareholders for the year ended in June this year at its 57th annual general meeting held on Thursday. The company contributed an amount of Tk. 1,514 crore to the National Exchequer. The AGM was presided over by the chairman of the company, Samuel S Chowdhury. Mrs. Ratna Patra, Vice Chairman; Tapan Chowdhury, Managing Director, Kazi Iqbal Harun, Director, Syed Afzal Hasan Uddin and Abul Kalam Azad, Independent Director, Md. Kabir Reza, Head of A&F, Md. Zahangir Alam, Chief Financial Officer and Habibuzzaman, Company Secretary attended the meeting.
