The 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Standard Insurance Limited has recently took place virtually by using digital platform, said a press release.
Chairman -H.T.M Quader Newaz, directors- Mahmuda Begum, Husna-Ara-Begum, Tasmiah Rahman, Faria Rahman, Hasnat Mosharraf, Hasib Mosharraf, Faheem Mosharraf,. Shafiqul Haque Talukder, Md. Khalid Hussain Khan, Md. Abdus Sabur, chief executive officer -Md. Abdul Matin Sarkar and company secretary Md. Kowser Munshi were present in the Annual General Meeting (AGM). A large number of shareholders were present in the Meeting.
The release said the meeting approved directors report and financial statement-2020 and 12.50% cash dividend.
