United Commercial Bank (UCB) has organized a series of outreach leadership intervention titled “BOLD: Drive the Thrive” for all the head of branches of the bank, a press release said Thursday. The last session was inaugurated by Arif Quadri, MD & CEO of UCB, where he shared his vision of creating a winning culture within the organization. N. Mustafa Tarek, DMD, Masud Rayhan, head of learning & development centre, were also present.
