Universal College Bangladesh (UCB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Prime Bank PLC, creating new opportunities for UCB graduates to launch their professional careers. The signing ceremony, held at the UCB Campus on 10 December, witnessed a genuine spirit of industry-academia collaboration.
Under this agreement, UCB students will gain access to placement and internship opportunities with Prime Bank PLC. The talented young resources will also benefit from training sessions, knowledge-sharing programs, guest lectures, career guidance, and mentorship to support and fastrack their professional development.
Representatives from Prime Bank PLC at the event included Deputy Managing Director Nazeem A Choudhury and DMD & Head of HRD Ziaur Rahman. Universal College Bangladesh was represented by Manas Singh, CEO of STS Group; Kingshuk Gupta, COO; S M Rahmatul Mujeeb, FCA – CFO of STS Capital Ltd.; Mustafa Waki Chowdhury, FCA – Head of Finance; and S. M. Risalat Rahman, Assistant Manager.
