Bangladesh Bank and Union Bank Ltd have recently signed an agreement on Automated Challan System (ACS), a release said Tuesday.
Under this agreement all the Branch and Sub-Branches of Union Bank will collect Passport Fees, VAT, TAX and other Govt. Fees.
Ahmed Jamal, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank was the chief guest of the program.
Md. Forkan Hossain, General Manager of Bangladesh Bank and A. B. M. Mokammel Hoque Chowdhury, Managing Director of Union Bank signed the agreement.
A. K. M. Mohiuddin Azad, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank and Md. Abdul Kader, SEVP and focal person of Union Bank and high officials of the both organizations were present at the ceremony.
