Walton Plaza witnesses 93pc profit in 2022

Walton Plaza, the sales network of Walton Group, witnessed 93 percent profit growth in 2022, a press release said Saturday.

This was disclosed at the day-long ‘Challengers Summit-2023’ organized by Walton Plaza at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.’s headquarters at Chandra, Gazipur on January 26, 2023.

Walton Plaza’s managing partner, SM Mahbubul Alam, presided over the ‘Challenger’s Summit 2023’. Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.’s chairman, SM Nurul Alam Rezvi, attended the summit as the chief guest. Vice-chairman, SM Shamsul Alam, directors, SM Monjurul Alam Ovee, Zakia Sultana and Nishat Tasnim Shuchi, MD and CEO, Golam Murshed, and Walton Plaza’s CEO, Mohammad Rayhan were special guests.

R.B. Group’s CEO, SM Shoyeb Hossain Nobel, Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd.’s AMD, Liakat Ali, Walton Hi-Tech’s DMDs, Nazrul Islam Sarker, Eva Rizwana Nilu, Md. Humayun Kabir, and Md. Alamgir Alam Sarker, senior executive directors, Col. (Retd.) SM Shahadat Alam, Md. Yusuf Ali, Md. Firoj Alam, Sohel Rana, Md. Yasir Al-Imran, SM Zahid Hasan, FM Iqbal Bin Anwar, Dr. Md. Shakhawat Hossen, Ariful Ambia, and Md. Tofail Ahmed, executive directors, Azizul Hakim, Zeenat Hakim, Mofizur Rahman Zakir, Mohammad Shahzada Salim, Yasin Ali, Mohsin Mollah were also attended the event.

Film actor and Walton’s senior executive director, Amin Khan moderated the function.

SM Mahbubul Alam said, “Challengers are those who create something new by facing adverse situations. Every member of Walton Plaza is a challenger. And, the country’s enormous customers are the challengers.”

SM Monjurul Alam said, “The electronics and technology products’ market is changing. The sales executives are the messengers and they deliver the right message to us so that we can move forward with timely and right decision.”
