A women entrepreneurs programme titled “We Grand Meet Up” was held on December 27 at Bangladesh Film Archive in the capital.
Saumya Basu , the CEO of Silkoak Global Limited and Global Advisor of Women & e-Commerce (WE),conducted two informative sessions for the women entrepreneurs. 1000 entrepreneurs from across Bangladesh joined the session.
Speaking on the occasion, Saumya Basu said, “Team management is vital for launching a business in the global market and we will always support the women entrepreneurs and e-Commerce to go ahead in their entrepreneurial journey”.
Saumya Basu further said “”Leadership means guiding a team towards a specific objective in a planned manner. Motivation is very essential for everyone in the team to move forward together. It is important to listen to everyone with equal importance to solve everyone’s problems”.
