Workopolo enabling the form of remote working

Remote Attendance:  It is a geotagged attendance feature where the supervisor can monitor from which exact location a team member is recording his or her attendance and the app proactively notifies the designated supervisor in case the attendance request comes from a location from a location where the employee isn’t authorized to work from. Users can also ask for attendance approval from an offsite location through the app.

Scheduling & Activity Reporting: Both supervisors and their team members can schedule and report day-to-day activities into the platform which eventually converts into a timesheet for individual employee, department, division and the entire organization.

Check-in / Check-out: Users can check-in and check-out respectively before and after attending a meeting/customer visit/service call – be it pre scheduled or unscheduled.

Movement Log: the app automatically generates movement log of any team member based on their activity reporting to ensure security and time efficiency alongside their last active online status.

Task Management: Employees can create tasks and breakdown their own tasks with subtasks. Besides, they can also assign tasks to other employees within the team and subsequently report and track progress of the task.

Customer List: Workopolo maintains the list of customers with their details including addresses, locations, contact point etc. which is considered to be an indispensable asset for any organization. New and potential customers can also be added to the database upon approval from designated supervisor.

Forms & Documents: Important forms and documents can be stored within the app for use by the employees on the go.

Notice Board: A digital and effective notice board that notifies every team member about relevant organizational updates. Notices can be circulated real time within the team, department, and division or among the entire organization by a single click from the administration panel.

Weekly Rating: Supervisors can rate their team members on weekly basis based on their performance. This works as a reconciliation tool for annual performance evaluation and appraisal both the supervisors and individual employees.
