Daffodil International University (DIU) held a two day long global health conference titled ‘WHO Simulation 2023’, which ended on April 29, 2023, a press release said Sunday
Bangladesh Medical Students’ Society (BMSS), World Health Organization (WHO) and the Department of Public Health of Daffodil International University jointly organized the conference.
Deputy Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury, MP graced the closing session of the conference as the as chief guest
Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, founder and chairman of DIU, was present as the guest of honour. Prof. M Mostafa Zaman, adviser, Research and Publication, WHO Bangladesh, and Dr. Abu Jamil Faisel, Public Health Expert Advisor, DGHS MOHFW.
Professor Dr. M Lutfar Rahman, VC, professor Dr. S.M. Mahbub Ul Haque Majumder, Pro-VC, Professor Dr. Bellal Hossain, associate dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Professor Dr. ABM Alauddin Chowdhury, convener of the conference, Dr. Myesha Maliha Binte Mamun, President of BMSS were also present.
