DIU signs MoU with Apex DMIT

In accordance with the principal of cooperation and mutual benefit, to share knowledge and to foster mutual exchange, Apex DMIT Limited and Daffodil International University (DIU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that constitutes a strategic alliance agreement between them.

The purpose of the MoU, within the context of Industry-Academia Collaboration, is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship for both Apex DMIT and DIU. This aims to create a Cooperative Alliance fostering an Industry-Academia Partnership, driving significant transformation to better equip graduates for the demands of the industrial sector. Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, Founder and Chairman of Daffodil Family and Mike Kazi, Chairman, Apex DMIT Limited were present during the MoU signing ceremony. Dr. Mohammed Nadir Bin Ali, Registrar, Daffodil International University and Md. Sadiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director, Apex DMIT Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective Organization.  The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Syed Akter Hossain, Dean, Faculty of Science and Information Technology, Professor Dr. Md. Masum Iqbal, Dean, Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Tanvir Fittin Abir, Director, Career Development Center of Daffodil International University and Ismat Jahan, General Manager, HR and Admin, Mir Golam Salek, Vice President of Operation, Mehedi Hasan Shamim, Head of Brand, Marketing, and Strategy, Arif Rahman, Head of HR and Admin, and Md. Nazmul Islam Khan, Head of ICT, Business Development, Apex DMIT Ltd.

Under this agreement the areas of partnership will be Internship Placement Support, Organizing Job Fair/ Road Show/ Campus Recruitment, Job Placement Support, Industrial Attachment Program, Industry Networking Sessions, Joint Research Initiatives, Employability Skills Development & Professional Development Programs,

While addressing the MoU signing ceremony Dr. Md Sabur Khan proposed to construct a new model and urged the deans or other faculties to visit APEX DMIT to know about their values and make a curriculum for the students. If a lot of students show their interest in working on APEX DMIT the DIU will make a special arrangement for them. He also urged to make the equivalent of the new course curriculum in GoEdu and IOU.

At the MoU signing ceremony, Mike Kazi, Chairman of Apex DMIT Ltd., emphasized that their company aims to positively impact a million lives using modern technology and empowering people to reach their potential.
