FPT University, Vietnam has organized an online exchange event named ‘Culture Race’ on Saturday where 5 students of Daffodil International University actively participated along with the students from Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and India as a part of the International Cultural Exchange Program, said a press release.
Team ‘Locolo’ achieved the ‘Best Performance Award’ comprising with 2 DIU students. DIU students are Joya Shaha of Pharmacy Department and Archona Shaha of English Department.
The release said the event is to create a space for students to make friends and learn about the different cultures despite the distance amidst the corona pandemic. There were segments to present cross-cultural; presentations by groups such as Twisty Tongue & E-Talent Show. In this event, 3 DIU students from ‘DIU Cultural Club’ & 2 students from ‘All Stars Daffodil’ joined to represent Bangladeshi culture, costume & performances.
