HSC, equivalent exam results on Sunday

The results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published on Sunday (November 26).

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will publish the results at 10:00 am. After this, students across the country will be able to access their results at the same time. Prior to this, the formal results will be handed over to the prime minister.

The HSC and equivalent exams for this year began on August 17, but due to a natural disaster, the Chittagong, madrasa, and technical board exams were postponed for a few days.

A total of 1,359,342 students — 6,88,887 boys and 6,70,455 girls — registered for this year’s HSC exams, 155,935 more than the previous year.

The HSC exams held at 2,658 exam centres and 9,169 educational institutions.

Among the total students, 11,08,594 students were supposed to appear for HSC under the nine general education boards, 98,031 under the Madrasa board, and 1,52,717 under the Technical Education board.
