The North South University (NSU) organized a discussion session and cultural program to celebrate ‘Victory Day 2022’ on Thursday, a press release said.
A. K. M. Mozammel Huq, Minister for Liberation War Affairs, was present at the programme as the Chief Guest. Lieutenant Colonel (Retd.)
Quazi Sajjad Ali Zahir Bir Protikand H. E. Mr. RinchenKuentsyl, Ambassador of Bhutan to Bangladeshwere present as the Special Guests.Freedom Fighter Dr. Nazrul Islam, Professor, Department of Economics, NSU was present as the Keynote Speaker.
Dr. Junaid Kamal Ahmad, Member, Board of Trustees (BoT), NSUwas present as the Guest of Honor.Professor Dr. M. Ismail Hossain, Pro-Vice-Chancellor & Treasurer (In-Charge), NSU presided over the program.Mr. Jamil Ahmed – TV Presenter &Director, Public Relations Office, NSU moderated the session.
Among others, Deans of different schools, Directors of various departments, Department Heads, Senior officials, media representatives, Faculties and students were also present at the program.After the discussion program, there was a cultural program organized by NSU SangskritikSangathan (NSUSS) and NSU Cine & Drama Club (NSUCDC).
