North South University’s (NSU) Department of Marketing and International Business organized a discussion session on ‘Developing Editorial Proposal and Publishing in High Impact International Journals’, a press release said on Wednesday. The event held at the School of Business and Economics (SBE) Conference Room inspired the researchers to understand the review process in top tier journals.
The keynote speaker for this discussion session was Dr. Riad Shams from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle Business School, UK. He was also a member of the editorial board of numerous prestigious journals. The session was chaired by Chief Guest Professor Dr. Helal Ahammad, Dean, School of Business and Economics, NSU.
From his experience, Dr. Shams, explored into the mechanics of creating convincing editorial proposals and navigating the path to publication. He talked about the different aspect for developing a good journal. “Getting your work into respected journals can be a game-changer for researchers,” Dr. Shams stated.
At the Q&A session Dr. Shams discussed about the Editorial, Publication and Ph.D. programs for the scholars.
