North South University (NSU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Charles Darwin University (CDU) of Australia to promote sustainable leadership in higher education, a press release said Monday.
The agreement was signed following a symposium, ‘Sustainable Leadership in Higher Education’, organized by NSU’s Office of External Affairs on Monday.
Professor Atiqul Islam, VC of NSU, led his delegation of deans, department chairs, and academic heads. VC and president, Professor Scott Bowman, represented Charles Darwin University with his delegation of Pro-VC and administrative heads.
Md. Monirul Islam, joint secretary, SDG affairs, PMO, delivered the welcome speech. Dr. Susan Maree Vize, officer-in-charge, UNESCO Dhaka, was also present as a special guest.
