Rotary International, Bangladesh District-3281, has distributed face masks for the students of Eastern University.
At a programme at the board room of the university on Saturday (December11) Lieutenant Governor of Rotary District-3281 Abul Khair Chowdhury handed over the masks to Eastern University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Shaheed Akhtar Hossain.
Ismail Zabiullah, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University, members of the Board of Trustees, faculty members and senior officials were present at the event.
Rotary District-3281 has taken up the initiative to distribute 35 lac face masks throughout the country as part of awareness and precautionary measures against the Conid-19. As part of this, these masks were provided to the students of Eastern University.
