A keynote presentation titled as “THE GREAT RESIGNATION: A REGIONAL CHALLENGE OR GLOBAL REALITY?” following the theme “Transformation of Global Higher Education” which took place from May 11 to May 14, 2023, in Cairo, Egypt.
