Bangamata’s significant contribution in independence recalled

Engineer Abu NomanHowlader, member of the Awami League’s sub-committee on science and technology affairs, has said that Bangamata Begum FazilatunNesaMujib had a significant contribution in the country’s independence and some other national achievements.

He said this while speaking at a miladmehfil organized on the occasion of 93rd birth anniversary of BangamataFazilatunNesaMujib, wife of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh MujiburRahman, at his Bananipolitical office in the city on Tuesday.

Bangladesh’s emergence was impossible without some bold steps of Bangamata. Her some decisions on major political issues helped us a lot in achieving the independence.  She played a key-shadow role particularly in major turning points like the six-point demand. She gave some advices to Bangabandhu Sheikh MujiburRahman before his Historic 7th March Speech, pointed out Abu NomanHowlader, also founding chairman of BBS Group and Nahee Group.

Leaders and activists of Awami League in Lalmohan and Tazumuddinupazilas of Bhola district and his company staff participated in the miladmehfil.

They offered munajatseeking eternal peace of her departed soul.
