The BGB patrol has been strengthened in view of the upcoming 12th National Assembly elections.
Sunamganj-28 BGB started this activity in 12 upazilas of Sunamganj district from last December 29.
Among them, two platoons have been deployed in Dharmapasha, two platoons in Vishwambharpur upazila and one platoon in Madhyanagar upazila.
After investigation, it is known that this patrol has been strengthened so that there is no sabotage around the election on January 7.
The BGB is active in making the common people exercise their right to vote in a festive atmosphere.
