bKash has opened 63 additional service centres across the country to make customer service more accessible, a press release said Tuesday. The customers can now avail of direct services from a total of 356 centres. Beyond these service centres, bKash offers round-the-clock assistance through various digital channels, including the helpline 16247, live chat, email, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The nationwide centres provide a wide range of services to customers, including account opening, information updates, resolution of complaints, statement generation, technical support and other bKash services. Operating hours are generally from 10 AM to 7 PM (seven days a week, except government holidays). However, few centres have slightly different schedules depending on the locations. To ensure services, customers need to be present physically at these centres. Notably, nearly One lakh customer takes bKash’s services from these centres.
