BRAC bank signs deal with Bogura TTC

BRAC Bank has recently signed an agreement with Bogura Technical Training Center (TTC) to provide agent banking services in the area, a press release said Friday. Under this deal, the students of Bogura Technical Training Center can now pay admission and other fees through BRAC Bank’s Agent Banking channel. BRAC Bank will also facilitate opening accounts for the trainees, who are going abroad, and their nominees, so that they can legally remit money. Every month 400 to 600 trained skilled students from this institute go to different countries for work and earn a significant amount of foreign currency for the country. Sushant Kumar Roy, principal, TTC Bogura, and Md. Nazmul Hasan, head of agent banking, BRAC Bank, were present at the signing ceremony. Azgar Hossain, area head, Bogura; Abu Sufian Kabiraj, manager, Char Matha branch; Khandkar Kamruzzaman, territory manager, SME Banking; and Md. Rajib Mia, team leader, Bogura region; were also present.
