The district administration has taken initiative to designate a separate reserved area for women in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.
Additional District Magistrate of Cox’s Bazar Md. Abu Sufian said, For those who are female tourists or veiled women, I am doing a reserved area of 100 or 150 yards.
Anyone who is willing or willing to do so can go there and get into the water. It will be launched very soon, he said. Sufian.
There is a separate dressing room and locker room for women on the beach, he said.
Mr. Yusuf said a large portion of those who work on the beach have been recruited to make the tourist area women-friendly. There are also women police among the tourist police.

Ellora Chowdhury told BBC Bangla, Many times a woman alone does not want to rent a hotel if she wants to rent a room. Again, if someone is in danger, where to contact, how to do – there is no information. Even the behavior of hotel and motel officials in tourist areas is not suitable for women or children.
In this context, Mr. Sufian says, they have taken measures so that tourists can stay safely in hotels or guest houses. They have held meetings with owners and directors. Hotel staff have been instructed to be trained and aware of these issues.
Seven point instructions of the district administration
The district administration has issued several security instructions after a woman was abducted and raped in Cox’s Bazar.
The district administration held a meeting with hotel owners and law enforcement officials in Cox’s Bazar on Friday afternoon.
Cox’s Bazar Additional District Magistrate Md Abu Sufian said the decision was taken on the basis of discussions there.
Even if it takes us a month or two to implement these decisions, if we can implement them, it will have a positive impact on tourism, he said.
A woman was abducted and raped at a hotel in Cox’s Bazar after being abducted.
The woman was rescued from the guest house by the RAB on Wednesday.
Concerns have been raised about the safety of women tourists in Cox’s Bazar after the incident.

National identity card must be displayed and submitted when booking a room in all residential hotels
Residential hotels need to formulate a uniform standard of working.
Number of rooms in each hotel, price list and number of vacant rooms, price list of food in the restaurant should be displayed publicly.
Each residential hotel needs to introduce or strengthen its own security system.
Local residents living in urban areas need to be especially careful when renting rooms.
Hotel-motel or guest house officials-employees should be trained.
All hotels and restaurants need to be registered.
