Daffodil International University has announced three endowment funds for the meritorious but financially challenged students of the university to help them continue their study during the coronavirus pandemic, said a press release.
The three scholarship and endowment funds are named as ‘Chairman Endowment Fund’, ‘Mofizuddin Majumder Scholarship Fund’ and ‘Delwar Hussain Chowdhury Scholarship Fund’.
The release read that the local students at any undergraduate program will get the scope to avail the opportunity offered at DIU.
Students must complete at least one year of the study period at DIU maintaining CGPA 3.00 during the past three semesters (tri semester)/ two semesters (bi semester) within the one academic year to avail scholarship. Only regular students having financial crises due to the death or critical illness of his/her guardian or students who have a critical illness can apply for this opportunity, the release also read.
