K M. Ehsanul Haque (Peyara), former secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Bangladesh died in a hospital at Saint Louise, USA from multiple complications on May 8, 2021. He was 76.
Late Ehsanul Haque left behind his wife Najma, daughters – Tumpa and Tatum and host of relatives and friends to mourn his death.
He joined Pakistan Taxation Service in 1969 and thereafter rose to the rank of Secretary to the Bangladesh government before his retirement in 2004.
