A Trust Deed Signing Ceremony of “AMS Global First Regular Income Fund” was held on 16 January at the Board Room of ICB, Head Office, BDBL Bhaban (Level-14), 8, Rajuk Avenue, Dhaka-1000 between ‘Investment Corporation of Bangladesh’, as Trustee and ‘AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited’, as Sponsor of the fund.
Under this agreement, ICB will act as the trustee of the fund. The initial size of the Fund is Tk. 25.00 (TwentyFive) crore and the face value is Tk. 10.00 (ten) per unit. Mr. Md. Abul Hossain, Managing Director of ICB and Mr. Muhammad Asmoth Ali Dori, CEO of ‘AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited’ signed the trust deed on behalf of their respective organizations. High official of the both organizations were present at the program.
