Md. Abdul Kader, SEVP & Head of Credit Risk Management Division of Union Bank Ltd has recently obtained ‘Professional Doctoral Certificate’ in banking conferred by European International University of Paris, France. The topic of his Doctoral research was Credit Risk Management in Bank.
He started his banking career at First Security Islami Bank Ltd. as a probationary officer. He obtained his Honors and Masters from University of Dhaka. He attended numerous seminars and training sessions arranged by Bangladesh Bank and World Bank at home & abroad. Besides, his articles published in various international journals. In his accomplished banking career, he was awarded for his success in achieving investment and profit as branch manager. Union Bank achieved 1stplace among all banks in 2021 under his leadership in ACS challan collection.
Dr. Kader is actively involved with Bankers Forum, Bangladesh Public Relations Association and various sports, social& cultural organizations. He traveled many countries for professional purposes.
