MetLife Bangladesh has recently organized a day-long training workshop on ‘Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing’ for financial associates of MetLife’s Rajshahi region. The workshop was held at Jamuna Hall of Grand Riverview Hotel, Rajshahi, under the guidance and support of Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) of Bangladesh Bank. Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit’s (BFIU) Director Md. Mostakur Rahman was present as the chief guest at the event whereas MetLife Bangladesh’s Executive Vice President and Head of Risk and Compliance Moinul Hye Asif was present as the special guest. In addition, BFIU’s Additional Director Md. Moshiur Rahman and Joint Director Dilip Chandra Das were present as resource persons at the event. The workshop was chaired by Md Lutfor Rahman, Assistant Managing Director and Chief Agency Sales Officer of MetLife Bangladesh.
