Minister Group has donated a financial grant of BDT 40 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Corona Relief Fund and House Construction Fund by Private Finance, a press release said.
On Thursday, MA Razzak Khan Raj, chairman of the Minister Group and Vice-President of the FBCCI, handed over a check at Korobi Hall of the PM’s office on behalf of the group. Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary Dr. Ahmad Kaikaus received the check of the donation on behalf of the Prime Minister, the release mentioned.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina took part in the donation program through video conference from Ganabhaban.
Earlier last year, the company had also donated to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund to deal with Corona.
The Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary, Dr. Ahmad Kaikaus expressed satisfaction with the contribution of Minister Group in various socio-economic activities, including corona. He thanked Minister Group for donating to the PM’s fund.
