NRB Commercial (NRBC) Bank Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC) on Monday, 31 May 2021, said a press release.
From now on, the employees of DPDC will get home loan, personal loan, credit card and all other banking services on priority basis from all the branches and sub branches of NRB Commercial (NRBC) Bank Ltd.
Managing Director & CEO of NRBC Bank Golam Awlia and and Company Secretary of the DPDC Jayanta Kumar Sikder signed the agreement at the conference room of DPDC in Bidyut Bhaban on behalf of their respective organization in presence of the Chairman of NRBC Bank S M Parvez Tamal and Managing Director of DPDC Engineer Bikash Dewan, said the release.
Deputy Managing Director of the Bank Kabir Ahmed, Deaputy Managing Director and CFO Harunur Rashid, Head of FI & BD Division Kazi Md. Safayet Kabir, Head of Corporate Marketing Division Md. Kamrul Hasan and other high officials of both parties were also present on the occasion.
