Faizunnesa Begam, mother of Engr. Md. Azme Shahadat Muinuddin, Operative Director of Anwar Group Bangladesh was given Ratnagarva Award at a ceremony at Shamson H Chowdhury Centre of Dhaka Club on May 08, 2022 on the occasion of International Mother’s Day.
Textile and Jute Minister GolamDastagirGazi, Birprotik, MP handed over the award at the program as the chief guest where Abdullah Al Islam Jakob, MP, President of Parliamentary Affairs Standing Committee on Youth and Sports, Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Daffodil International University, singer Mamataz Begum, MP and renowned Painter Mustafa Monowar were present as the special guests.
The program was also addressed among others by Abul Kalam Azad, Managing Director, Azad Products Ltd., Rear Admiral Mohammad Musa, Chairman, Mongla Port Authority, Khondoker Mosiuzzaman, President ,Dhaka Club.
Faizunnesa Begam was born on August 15, 1947 in a religious Muslim family. She was the 2nd child of Dr. Mokbul Hossain Mazumder and Mrs. Saleha Begum. Her husband worked as a government employee in different districts of the country, she has brought up her 8 children as gem.
Her first child is Zannatul Mawa Beauty is District Coordinator of Chandpur Atmanibedita Mahila Songstha, second child Isme Azam Ponir is principal Program Manager of AT&T in the USA, third child is Md. Azme Shahadat Muinuddin Sabur is Operational Director at Anwar Group in Bangladesh, fourth child Gause Azam Shoaib is Thana Education Officer at Bandarban, fifth child Sohag Hasan, former singer and now lives in Canada, sixth child Md. Ahsan Habib Sohel is Editor ( News and Current Affairs) at NTV, seventh child is Zannatun Nayeem Polash is a social activist and eighth child is Zannatul Ferdous Sumi, Professor of Botany at Rajshahi Government College.
