The 390th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIB) was held on 05th February at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal. The Vice-Chairmen of the board Mohammed Younus & Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Tahera Faruque, Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque & Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
