SJIB holds board meeting

The 265^th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (IBBL) was held recently at the Corporate Head Office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by Nasir Uddin Ahmed the Chairman of Board Audit Committee of the bank. Among others the Director of the Bank & Member of the Committee Khandaker Sakib Ahmed, the Independent Directors of the bank Ekramul Hoque and Md. Reazul Karim participated in the meeting. The Director of the bank Md. Sanaullah Shahid was present as Special Invited Guest. The Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
