The 343rd Board Meeting (Special) of Standard Bank Ltd. held on 10th June 2021 through digital platform, a press release said.
Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, chairman of the Board of Directors presided over the meeting.
The release said, Vice Chairman Ashok Kumar Saha, Directors Messers Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ferozur Rahman, Md. Monzur Alam, S. A. M. Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Gulzar Ahmed, Md. Zahedul Hoque, Mohd. Yousuf Chowdhury, Ferdous Ali Khan, Kazi Khurram Ahmed, Md. Abul Hossain and Independent Director Najmul Huq Chaudhury were present at the meeting.
Among others Bangladesh Bank’s DGM Md. Obaid Ullah Chowdhury, JD Mujibur Rahman Shaikh and DD Md. Faysal Khandokar. Managing Director & CEO Khondoker Rashed Maqsood, Additional Managing Director Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Rafiqul Islam and acting Company Secretary Md. Ali Reza FCMA, CIPA of SBL also attended the meeting.
