The United States has canceled Sheikh Hasina’s visa

Sheikh Hasina has resigned from the post of Prime Minister and is now staying in Delhi, India. It is not yet known which country he will go to next. In the meantime, the US government has canceled Sheikh Hasina’s US visa.

The information was revealed on Tuesday (August 6). However, when asked, the embassy said that the embassy will not comment on the visa of any person. Meanwhile, India held an all-party meeting on the current situation of Bangladesh in Parliament this morning. The meeting was presided over by Foreign Minister S Jaishankar. He said that Sheikh Hasina will be given time there.

Jaishankar told the leaders of all Indian parties in the meeting that Hasina is now mentally disturbed. So India gave him time to settle down. For now, India wants to give Hasina some time. He will inform the Indian government about his future plans. Taking time for those thoughts. New Delhi will take the next decision after knowing Hasina’s plan.
