Transformation of Mohakhali Flyover with Colours of Berger

The Mohakhali flyover in the capital has undergone a vibrant transformation as part of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited’s ‘Wrong  BodleRonginKori’ campaign. Mayor Atiqul Islam of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) inspected the project on 11 December. said a press release.

This initiative involves adorning the underbody and side walls of the Mohakhali flyover with diverse street art, showcasing the vivid colours of Berger Paints. The images displayed on the flyovers beautifully capture the rich culture and traditions of Bangladesh.

During the inspection, Mayor Atiqul Islam expressed his joy, saying, ‘A city is more than a grey jungle of bricks and stones; it possesses the vitality of green. The city can be painted with the colours of our heritage, reflecting our culture, and providing peace of mind even in the rush of busyness. Over the past few years, we have beautified landmark buildings similarly. We are fortunate to have Berger Paints by our side, actively participating not only in the field of paints but also in projects related to our art, architecture, and heritage. I express my sincere gratitude to them and hope to have Berger by our side in the future as well.’

On behalf of Berger Paints, Managing Director RupaliChowdhury, Chief Operating Officer MdMohsinHabibChowdhury, and Chief Business Officer AbulKasem Mohammad SadequeNawaj attended the inspection.

As part of the ‘Wrong BodleRonginKori’ campaign, Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited previously painted various establishments, including AponNibaash, Chattogram’sProbortok Square and Jamaal Khan Square, Khulna’s Ferighat Square, KDA Bhaban, etc.
