The 7th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank PLC (UBL) was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 24 February. Honorable Chairman of the Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Besides, Member of the Audit Committee Independent Director Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director (CC) of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Directors Md. Jahangir Alam, Mohammad Iqbal and EVP & CFO Md. Ali Reza FCMA were present in the meeting.
