The 24th Board Meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 20 March, 2025. Honorable chairman of the Board of the Directors of the bank Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Md. HumayunKabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mohammad SaifulAlam and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mohd. HumayunKabirwere present in the meeting. Deputy Managing Director Shafiuddin Ahmed was also attended the meeting on the occasion.
