Election Commissioner Brigadier General (retd) Md. Ahsan Habib Khan said, we will present a free and fair election with the cooperation of all. Candidates are responsible for voter attendance at the center. Election commission and administration are responsible for fair elections and voting.
He also said, Candidates will cooperate with the law enforcement forces including the Returning Officer, Assistant Returning Officer in observing the Election Conduct Rules. Voters will vote for whoever they want. There is no exemption for criminals. Zero tolerance has been announced against miscreants.
