BNP senior leader Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury on Tuesday said reforms in the country must be carried out in Parliament with people's mandate through a democratic process. "There is no point in telling us about reforms. Reforms must be implemented through the democratic process with people's mandate in Parliament," he said
