Former Minister for Primary and Mass Education and Awami League lawmaker Mostafizur Rahman Fizar passed away on Sunday night. He was 70. Fizar, also President of the Dinajpur District Awami League, breathed his last around 8pm at the LabAid Hospital in the capital while undergoing cancer treatment for a long time,
