Employees of all government and autonomous offices in the capital reported for duty at 8am Wednesday as per the new timings. The government has changed the timings of all government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-autonomous offices -- from 9am-5pm to 8am-3pm daily -- to ration electricity in view of the energy crisis
