The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at the bank’s auditorium of Head Office on 6th June 2023. MonzururRahman, Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Limited presided over the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved 12.50% cash dividend for the year ended 31st December 2022
