Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted that weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky over the country, having chances of light rain or drizzle at one or two places over Sylhet and Chattogram divisions.
“Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country during midnight till morning in the next 24 hours commencing 9:00 am today (Monday),” a weather bulletin said.
Night and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
The highest temperature on Sunday was recorded 29.8 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda while Monday’s minimum temperature was recorded 11.7 degrees Celsius in Tetulia.
The sun sets at 5.18 pm on Monday and rises at 6.39 am on Tuesday in the capital.
