A day-long training programme on commercial cultivation of medicinal plants in Bangladesh was organized in Hobigonj on Thursday.
Bangladesh Herbal Products Manufacturing Association (BHPMA) and Medicinal Plants and Herbal Products Business Promotion Council (MPHPBPC) of Commerce ministry arranged the training session jointly.
AKM Abdullah Bhuiyan Deputy Director, Department of Youth Development Hobigonj attended the programme as chief guest while Md. Jasimuddin, Former Director Science Laboratory, was present as special guest.
Dr. Anowar Mustaq, Co-ordinator of Bangladesh Herbal Products Manufacturing Association (BHPMA) chaired the programme.
